Elizabeth is a highly experienced florist with over 30 years experience having trained under Joseph Riley senior in Glasgow many moons ago. Having also studied business Elizabeth decided to become self employed as a wedding florist in Glasgow city centre before moving North and raising her family.

In 2006 the opportunity arose to secure an old fisherman’s shed right on the front of Hopeman Harbour, this was quickly and carefully renovated and became “Harbour Blooms.” Since then Elizabeth has single handedly built a wonderfully loyal client base covering all of Morayshire and beyond. Being a “one woman band” hasn’t always been easy, especially during peak times, but luckily her 3 children have loved having their part in the business over the years and even now as adults with careers and children of their own they pitch in where they can as delivery drivers, receptionist, tea makers, and moral support providers….Harbour Blooms truly is a family run business.

Elizabeth’s passion for floristry has continued to thrive and she is constantly inspired by the ever changing trends and fashions within the floristry world. Elizabeth covers all aspects of floristry from everyday arrangements and weddings to her specialist funeral tributes.

It is always a privilege to be given the responsibly of creating the last gift you ever give to a loved one and Elizabeth strives to produce everything from the elegant to the highly unusual and personal.
